FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: Do you do commissions?
Answer: Yes I do take commissions on selected works only. A 30% non refundable deposit is required before the commission begins. When the artwork is around half completed, you will get progress photos of which you will be able to make some limited changes ie; colour change or small change.
Question: Do you charge for shipping?
Answer: For artworks, original or prints, under 100cm x100cm, shipping is free to any Australian address. For artworks, original or prints, over 100cm x 100cm, shipping is a flat rate fee of $410. All large art (over 100cm x 100cm) will need to be packaged and/or crated and delivery will be by an approved art courier, not a standard courier.
Tracking is available once artwork has been picked up and processed by the art courier.
For International shipping: original art and/or art prints, an unstretched rolled canvas will be sent via Australia Post and a fee will be added onto the purchase price. Stretching and framing will need to be added once received. No framed originals or prints will be shipped Internationally.
Question: How long is the wait for a canvas or paper print?
Answer: Generally, a print, either on canvas or paper can be shipped out to you within 7-10 days from receipt of order. Item will be posted to you via Australia Post unstretched and unframed. Tracking details are available once items have been shipped and processed by Australia Post.
Question: Our artwork was damaged in transit, what do we do?
Answer: If your artwork was damaged in transit, please contact me immediately. Please photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the artwork. Ensure close up photos are in focus. I will be in contact you to discuss the return of the artwork and arrange a full refund.
Question: I received the artwork but I've changed my mind.
Answer: Select your forever artwork carefully. Returns and/or exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.
PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged simply because you change your mind and/or doesn't suit your decor anymore.
Question: We love the artwork but the frame doesn't suit our decor, can we change the framing?
Answer: The frame has been specially selected to compliment the style and colour of the artwork, however, if you wish to change the colour, I can remove the original frame and replace it with your preferred colour/style frame. This will incur additional costs which will be invoiced separately to you. Shipping time and delivery of the art will also be affected by this change.
Alternatively, you can also change the frame once you receive the artwork.
Question: Do you do workshops, or teaching classes?
Answer: No I don't teach art or conduct workshops, but I am happy to show you around my gallery space if you're ever on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Question: How can I get your art printed onto something other than canvas and/or paper?
Answer: I have high resolution prints of all my artworks, and should you require printing on something other than a canvas/paper print, you can contact me directly to discuss your idea.
